The promoter wants to develop a new sugar project in the former Kasai province. Sopex Consulting carried out an inventory study of projects previously studied. On the basis of this study, the client selected a region in which it asked Sopex to undertake a full feasibility study.

This will provide the basis for analyzing the viability of the project and making appropriate decisions regarding its development, as well as for raising funds to finance the project.
